This adorable Needham bungalow was in need of a whole lot of love. Rented to students for 4 or so years, the homeowners, who are former clients, asked that we take whatever steps we thought necessary to prepare this property for sale.

Our work included:

• Thoroughly clearing out and cleaning everything, inside and out, including power washing built-up algae, taming overgrown  landscaping, and addressing moisture in the basement.
• We addressed repairs to the front stairs, front walkway, a some of the doors and windows.
• Introduced updated color pallet including painting the foundation.
• Painted natural wood kitchen cabinets and walls and natural wood bathroom vanity and mirror.
