This client was an art, book and sculpture collector by hobby and fierce attorney by trade. Her accomplished husband of 50 years had recently passed away and she was ready to engage in the community environment. Bookcases filled to the brim with books were in every room and art adorned ever wall. Surely, all of this could not possibly fit in a 1,000 sf one bedroom apartment. 

Our 7 month COVID project included:

• Auctioning and consigning all that would not be moving with her.
• Preparing a new floor plan to include custom built-in book cases for her “best friends”.
• Preparing the property for sale which included removing many bookcases, repairs, junk out and charity donations, and a new color pallet.
• Move out/move in, new home set up.
